On its ambitious path to service market leadership, Allianz Versicherungs-AG is launching an extensive digital qualification offensive. More than 3,500 employees can choose the appropriate training from over 600 quality-assured training modules in the Claims resort. Allianz Versicherungs-AG is consistently promoting the bring your own device (BYOD) approach.
The mobile learning App of the Claims Academy can be used on all private smartphones, tablets or laptops at any time, anywhere. In parallel, employees can also learn and develop at their workplace with Allianz Virtual Learning.

Create learning content creatively and independently
The integrated Content Management System (CMS) is the creative design tool of Allianz Virtual Learning Wold. All learning content as well as media such as images, videos or podcasts are provided and managed via user-friendly CMS. In addition, the CMS controls the access rights of more than 3,500 users to over 600 digital training modules.
LEARNING ANALYTICS
Transparency as Driver in the Learning Pozess
Learning analytics, based on a variety of KPIs, provide conclusions about learning behaviour and the need for further training modules. Online reporting visualises the data in real time in aggregated trend analyses and ensures more transparency in the learning process. From the user's point of view, individual learning statistics and a digital logbook support personal self-learning competence.

In January 2020, the Allianz Virtual Learning World was awarded the eLearning Award 2020 in the category Personal Learning Environment. The playful learning approach and the didactic mix of methods convinced the jury.

With the goal of promoting voluntary, intrinsically motivated learning, Allianz Virtual Learning draws on proven game mechanics. Self-motivated learning is rewarded by collecting learning points. The collected learning points can then be exchanged for Allianz Coins and used in a voluntary building game to build your own Allianz Tower.
